Our first time @ Dosirak for a Korean meal but will not be our last!. We chose the Seoul Combo box (beef Bulgogi) and the Parksville Combo (fried chicken) so we could sample the side dishes. The soup starter was lukewarm, could have been hotter, tasted similar to miso. The meals come nicely presented in a bento box and looks appealing. The bulgogi and fried chicken were both nicely seasoned and had some veggies in the mix. Generous serving of japchae. Spring rolls are small and nicely crisped. Salad mix was spinach, arugula and cherry tomato with dsg. Bean sprout salad was a good palate refresher. The servings were well proportioned. Was a pleasant meal. Eating area was clean, people were continuously arriving for takeout. Next time we plan to try a plate or bowl meal.

I've driven past this place I don't know how many times. I finally decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. Home made fresh korean cuisine. Huge portions and delicious dishes. Try their Parksville chicken rice bowl!

First visit today, the owner was very kind and friendly. Also the foods are savory& tasty and delicious. Specially, the beef bulgogi and the spicy seafoods udon was so good. I would love to back next time for sure! And try the korean milkshake icecream, these are so sweet and yum.

easily the best Korean place in parksville. spicy seafood udon and kimchi jigae FTW. bibimbap is always delicious here too extra fried egg coz reasons. this place does not disappoint. 5 stars of course. ***park out back then walk around. ***

Looking for a delicious Korean food experience in the Oceanside area? Lol no further! Place an order for pickup (it's packaged well in quality containers) and pay at the door, or dinner in(the smell is fantastic). Friendly staff to greet you as well! The food is so delicious and flavourful with the rice bowl portions being definitely enough for a healthy appetite and the price is reasonable as well! I will definitely be going back! Yum!

I loved my spicy seafood udon. The broth was delicious, perfect spice and the noodles were delicate yet firm among the other ingredients. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. Wish we lived closer to eat here more often.

Great little spot. Quality food, big portions (we both got lunch combos). Staff were friendly, good service. We'll certainly be hitting this place up again next time we go up island!
